A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our retained client, one of the World leaders in the manufacture and supply of Office Capital Equipment.
Due to phenomenal expansion, they are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to develop and grow their "HUNTER" type Sales team.
The purpose of the role is to set KPIs', Targets, Recruit and train the team helping them take this already extremely successful business into new areas, targetting both the CORPORATE and PUBLIC SECTORS.
No, you WON'T have your own Sales Target as you will purely be Managing however the desire to really get to know the products and be willing to get your hands dirty is essential.
The successful candidate must possess the following attributes:-
- Will have at least 5 years experience of Business to Business sales (product rather than service).
- Structured, professional approach to selling.
- Professional Man-Management skills with the ability to set realistic targets, train and lead by example!!!
- An engaging personality of strong character, yet likeable with a strong sense of humour.
- The desire to further their career within a rapidly expanding blue chip company.
