Based with a large commercial law firm in beautiful Dorset, you will enjoy a fast paced role in a dynamic team, which specialises in recovering debt on behalf of key commercial clients across the country.

What's more, you can expect the opportunity to get out of the office, travel to other offices in the region and manage your own day to day workflow and appointments.

We are looking for a highly professional candidate for this role and that person will have sound academics and a strong track record in civil litigation/debt recovery, able to deal with a litigated caseload from start to finish, which will include negotiating recovery and enforcement proceedings.

The job calls for an astute commercial acumen, efficient telephone manner and strong communication skills.
